A new residential community for South Seattle/Othello Neighborhood

This project proposes 14 modern homes geared toward a variety of lifestyles and will replace the existing structures currently located at 7712 and 7714 MLK Jr Way S. The new community will feature 2 affordable smaller units, designated parking for each unit and ‘micro ADU’s’ inside each of the 12 larger homes providing options for extended family to live together.
