ERIC TERRY

Eric is a Licensed Architect who has enjoyed over 25 years in the profession. After graduating from the University of Idaho he started his career working in the custom residential market of Sun Valley, Idaho, Eric then moved to and settled down in Seattle. He quickly began designing custom homes, remodels, vacation cabins and a variety of commercial projects all over the Northwest.

 

After several years with both a small firm and working as a sole proprietor, Eric accepted an offer from GGLO, a prominent Seattle firm.  While Eric enjoyed the diversity of work and the creative atmosphere at GGLO, he found himself looking to return to a setting where a more intimate relationship could be developed with both the project and the clients. He found that in a partnership with Todd Soli  as Soli-Terry Architect which they enjoyed for almost 10 years and included custom residences, remodels and vacation homes around the Northwest and beyond with small offices in Seattle, Bainbridge and Whidbey Island.  After 5 years as Terry Architects, Todd and Eric have reunited under SDG.
